When creating a session you are creating new save game .
you can skip this step if you already have save game from previous version.

If you already have a save game and you wanna host a session select Load a Session.
Select your savegame
Name your session and password
( i recommend to change password cause 1234 is default password and you may encounter trolls who jump into your game . )

If you wanna join your friends session choose Join a session and a list of current sessions will appear. choose your friends session and enter password.
Cant find friends session?
could be that your friend is on a different region.
To be able to join their session you can head to steam - Settings - Downloads - and change your download region to same as game host. Restart steam and you should see your friends lobby.
you can always change it back
In Game Chat
Press T to open message box. You an change keybind under Controls - General
Player Roles
What is roles
Roles is new feature added to the game that allows you to set roles to players. Default role is Operator. Below is roles and what they allow players to do. Players level is same as Host. Money and funds are shared from Savegame division. Everything left in player inventory will stay with SaveGame ( you can't take money or stuff to use it on other savegames )
Roles are not saved when player joins next session (player will get Default role)
Boss
Is a role given to host. Can't be changed
Manager
- can access company funds
- can buy anything
- can remove vehicles to inventory via map menu
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Inspector
- Can write a fine to the company ( will deduct written amount from savegame division and money gets deleted)
- can access company funds
- can't buy anything
- can't remove vehicles to inventory via map menu ( only radio)
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Mechanic
- can't access company funds
- Can buy almost everything ( cant purchase vehicles, resources, materials)
- can't remove vehicles to inventory via map menu ( only radio)
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Operator
- can't access company funds
- can't buy anything
- can't remove vehicles to inventory via map menu ( only radio)
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Contractor
- Sends invoices to company ( will deduct written amount from savegame division and money gets deleted)
- can access company funds
- can buy anything
- can't remove vehicles to inventory via map menu ( only radio)
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Muppet
- Can't buy or sell anything except items in their inventory
- can't access finances of the game
- can't remove vehicles to inventory via map menu ( only radio)
- Can't use explosives unless they have detonator and explosives
- Can access vehicles and inventories
Observer
this role has not yet added as separate role. It sets players role as Muppet
Kick Player
when selecting this it will kick player from your session
